Tuition & Payment policy
- To secure a spot for lessons, first month’s tuition is required.
- Tuition is $30/lesson.
- Tuition payment should be paid in cash ($10/month cash back the next month), check or direct scheduled bank transfer ($5/month cash back the next month), or Apple Pay ($5/month cash back the next month), Google Pay, Venmo or PayPal.
- Payment is due the first week of each month.
- Payment that is made after the second week of the month will be issued a $20 per-family late-fee for the month.
- If tuition is not received by the end of the month, lessons will be suspended until previous and next month’s tuition is paid electronically and monthly electronic payments have been established.
- Any lesson fees that are not used due to proper cancellation will roll over to the next month.
Discontinuing lessons requires 30 days notice. Full tuition payment for the month is required, regardless of the number of lessons attended.
Rescheduling/cancelling
Rescheduling of lessons will be during regular studio hours and only in the circumstances described below.
- A lesson missed without notice will be billed as an attended lesson and will not qualify for a makeup lesson.
- Make up lessons will be allowed if notification is made more than three hours before the lesson and if a make-up slot is available.
- If a student cannot attend a lesson or make-up a lesson, the lesson fee for that lesson will roll over to the next month.
- Lessons that fall on holidays may be rescheduled. Please plan ahead.

Vacations should be indicated as soon as possible so that makeup lessons can be considered.
Sports/extended absences
- Lesson spots will not be saved unless full payment for the month is made.

Extended absences without payment will place the student on the wait list for an opening in the future.
